YBA-12 Type State Grid Standardized Preassembled Substation

The YBA-12 Type State Grid Standardized Preassembled Substation is developed by our company leveraging its own technical strengths, following the customization standards of the State Grid, and referencing advanced domestic and international technologies to independently develop a European-style substation. This series is a State Grid-customized product. Our company has passed the State Grid factory inspection and obtained the type test report for this series. The substation can function as either a ring-main type or terminal-type power distribution unit and is widely used in outdoor environments such as residential communities, industrial and mining enterprises, hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, airports, parks, and railways.

The product mainly utilizes oil-immersed or dry-type transformers combined with high- and low-voltage switchgear. It features long service life, excellent enclosure protection, high insulation levels, safe and reliable operation, and convenient maintenance.

Product Features

• The layout adopts a “目” (eye) or “品” (three-box) configuration, with independent high-voltage, low-voltage, and transformer compartments.

• High-voltage compartments can be equipped with XGN86A-12, SSR-12, or XGNA-12 high-voltage switchgear.

• The low-voltage compartment uses GGD AC low-voltage switchgear, arranged by layer, function, and compartment separation.

• All compartments are equipped with lighting fixtures controlled by travel switches; lights turn on automatically when doors are opened.

• The substation features a reliable natural ventilation system.

• The enclosure provides excellent fire resistance, heat insulation, noise reduction, and anti-condensation performance.

• The enclosure is made of stainless steel plates sprayed and assembled; the base is welded channel steel with electrophoretic coating, offering strong corrosion resistance and sufficient mechanical strength.

• The compact structure allows for easy transport and installation.

The enclosure ensures effective thermal insulation, rain protection, radiation protection, condensation prevention, and ventilation.
