HXGN-12 Indoor (Eco-Friendly) Gas-Insulated Metal-Enclosed AC Switchgear, Box-Type Fixed

The HXGN-12 box-type fixed indoor (eco-friendly) gas-insulated AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is composed of functional units including vacuum load switch–isolating grounding switch and vacuum circuit breaker–isolating grounding switch. The cabinet top can be equipped with extension connectors or busbars for electrical connection with other functional units, allowing flexible modular combinations.

The switchgear is designed using computer 3D simulation technology and manufactured with advanced international equipment such as flexible sheet metal processing lines and 3D laser welding machines. It is a modern, eco-friendly, modular, medium-voltage ring network switchgear assembled on a production line.

The switchgear uses dry air as the insulating medium, fully sealing all live components and switches. The enclosure is welded with 3mm stainless steel plates to ensure internal components are unaffected by external environmental changes, providing high reliability, personnel safety, and virtually maintenance-free operation.

It meets GB3906, GB1984, GB3804 standards and has passed type tests according to national standards. It is widely applied in ring network power distribution systems, industrial and civil power distribution, and is especially suitable for residential distribution, substations, switchyards, industrial and mining enterprises, shopping centers, airports, subways, wind farms, hospitals, railways, tunnels, etc.

• Compact structure: Small footprint, cabinet width 410mm (measurement and bus-tie cabinets 650mm).

• Fully sealed live components: All high-voltage components are enclosed in stainless steel cabinets filled with 0.025MPa (0.02MPa) dry air at 20°C, unaffected by external environments. Suitable for long-term operation in humid, dusty, saline, or harsh mining conditions, maintenance-free.

• Three-position switch: Combines isolating switch and grounding switch into one unit, providing three functions: connect, isolate, and ground. Simplifies structure and improves reliability.

• Sealed enclosure: Full shielding and insulation with gas pressure monitoring and bottom explosion-proof pressure relief devices for high reliability and safety.

• Intelligent distribution system support: Can be equipped with protection, remote control, monitoring, and intelligent fault management; factory-integrated installation and testing greatly reduce on-site workload.

• Eco-friendly insulating medium: Uses dry air instead of SF6, producing no harmful gases in case of faults, environmentally friendly and cost-effective.
