Description

Our SCB epoxy resin cast dry-type transformer is manufactured using advanced processes and static mixing and casting equipment. The product features high reliability, long service life, attractive appearance, compact size, low noise, and strong short-circuit resistance. It is lightweight, easy to install, safe, flame-retardant, pollution-free, and can be installed directly at the load center. The transformer is maintenance-free, simple to install, and offers low total operational costs. It has excellent moisture resistance, capable of normal operation at 100% humidity, and can be put into service immediately after shutdown without pre-drying. The transformer also exhibits low losses, low partial discharge, low noise, strong heat dissipation, and under forced air cooling can operate at 150% of rated load. A complete temperature protection and control system ensures reliable and safe operation.

This product is suitable for power plants, substations, photovoltaic and wind power projects, large industrial and petrochemical enterprises, high-rise buildings, commercial centers, airports, tunnels, chemical plants, and other critical or special environments.

Product Features

  1. Energy Saving: Designed in accordance with the new energy efficiency standards (GB20052-2024) and for wind power transformers. The design is optimized to reduce material usage, lower production costs, decrease no-load losses and currents, reduce noise by over 10 dB, and save more than 5% of core materials.

  2. Low Noise: Optimized structural design, material selection, and enhanced vibration reduction measures reduce noise levels by 10–15 dB below the current standard JB/T10088-2016 (6–220kV Transformer Noise Level Standard).

  3. Low Partial Discharge: Uses advanced static mixing and casting system. High-voltage coils employ electromagnetic wire in segmented structures to reduce internal field strength. Low-voltage coils use foil-wound layers, all cast under vacuum and pressure. Partial discharge for 10kV products is controlled below 5PC, and for 35kV products below 10PC. Resin insulation provides complete encapsulation and inter-turn impregnation. The cast body is dense, flame-retardant, explosion-proof, and environmentally friendly.

  4. Environmentally Friendly: Glass fiber and other insulating materials in the coils are self-extinguishing, preventing arcs during short circuits. The resin does not emit toxic or harmful gases under high temperatures.

  5. High Mechanical Strength: Filled resin minimizes expansion differences, reduces curing shrinkage and internal stress, and provides high hardness. Reinforcement materials embedded in the epoxy layers of high- and low-voltage coils create a dense structure with mechanical strength greater than pure epoxy resin. The transformer can withstand sudden short-circuit electrodynamic forces without damage.
