YK Series Preassembled Complete High-Voltage Switchgear Station

With the rapid and sustained development of China’s economy, the structure of urban and rural power grids has undergone significant changes, placing higher requirements on equipment used for grid renovation. The ideal power distribution equipment should feature high safety and reliability, compact size, low investment, unattended operation, automation, simple operation, and minimal maintenance.

To meet market demands, our company has developed the YK Series Preassembled Complete High-Voltage Switchgear Station (hereinafter referred to as the “Switchgear Station”) based on indoor high-voltage switchgear and integrated automation systems such as KYNS, XGN2, XGN17D, and KYN28A, as well as AC/DC power supply systems. The Switchgear Station can either function independently as a 35kV station with comprehensive monitoring capabilities or be equipped with a main transformer and high-voltage switchgear to form a terminal substation.

Product Features

• All primary and secondary equipment are installed and tested at the factory, ensuring fast and convenient delivery. The entire station is designed for outdoor deployment.

• The construction period is short, and the station occupies a small footprint (typically half that of a conventional modular compact substation of the same specification) while requiring lower investment (typically one-third of a conventional modular compact substation). Expansion is convenient and flexible.

• The primary system uses mature high-voltage switchgear (such as KYNS, XGN2, KYN28A, XGN17D, etc.) directly installed into the switchgear station enclosure. The secondary system employs a distributed substation integrated automation system, microcomputer DC power units, and other devices, either distributed or assembled in panels inside the station. It offers full functionality, advanced technology, reliable performance, long maintenance-free periods, and fully meets the requirements for unattended operation, significantly reducing operational costs.

• The station has an elegant and aesthetically pleasing appearance, easily harmonizing with the surrounding environment and contributing to urban beautification.
